  3. After taking our Jaguar to a dealer north of town and getting a quote we made the decision to call around. "First impressions are everything" I called and spoke to Jose and he was extremely polite and helpful, the next day we dropped the car off and I couldn't help but notice how clean the shop was not only in the office area but in back as well. Mike's awesome, he called and sent email updates keeping me in the loop and most importantly showed me the part that had to be replaced and explained why. WOW!! I forgot to mention YOU SAVED ME over $600. – How can we better meet your needs?

  6. This was my first time here. I will be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect, my car is like my child. I was appreciative of the quick reponse and call about my car and the updates that needed to be made. You were very informative and curtious. I was upset when I recieved a second call that there were more problems and that it was likely this second problem was the main source. I felt like there was more done to my car than was needed. HOWEVER... you were VERY kind on the phone and did admit it was your fault, offered me a discount and followed up with me on all accounts. These were my brakes and I would never want to mess with them. Having dropped my car off after hours and picked it up after hours, never having met you. I am very appreciative of your prefessionalism and kindness to work with my needs. I will be back again. – How can we better meet your needs?

Time before last when I was in for an oil change I walked away with a $800 bill and felt like I was taken advantage of, this time my car was in because the battery wouldn't keep a charge. after keeping my car a week the only thing they could come up with is a new battery. I picked up my car and had a $600. bill...the battery was under warranty but was charged $39 battery service fee and $79 replacement fee. I also ok to repair a water pipe was told it would be $200. and charged $373. Prices are quoted without labor (shady) My car was driven 143 miles and 1/2 tank of gas used, also seats were full of old stains. At these prices I will go back to the dealer, at least I know what I'm getting and the work is complete.This is definitely not like the Rover Shop use to be. – How can we better meet your needs?
